Ekinsa Barrel washers

The principal idea of the barrel washer is a multi-directional rotation system that shoots water at a high pressure. This high pressure is produced by the hydrocleaners in such a way that it reaches each and every of the internal points of the barrel with enough pressure and volume to eliminate all existing residues. These residues can negatively alter the properties of the wine produced.

This new machinery soon achieved great acceptance by the wine producing sector. They saw in these products two enormous advantages for its activity, compared with the traditional methods. On the one hand it performed a much more effective and thorough cleaning of the barrel and, at the same time, the new barrel cleaners meant a tremendous saving of time and effort during cleaning.
